Unlocking Loyalty in the Workplace

Heels and Handshakes June Program

Let’s get down, Let’s get down to business. 🎵

Our Nashville Chapter met at the beautiful new property, Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown Hotel to discuss: “How to Unlock Loyalty in the Workplace.” It’s no secret, that there is a lot of turnover right now as they are calling it the “Great Resignation” or the “Great Reshuffle.”

It doesn’t matter if you were the Employer or the Employee, each woman was able to walk away from this program with practical and tactical tips they could implement.

We brought in members, Zak Consulting Group, (your modern outsourced HR Department) to talk about employee engagement and how to unlock loyalty in the workplace.

Here is the recap from Zak Consulting Group.

Organizations that prioritize employee development are 3x more likely to retain employees. Let that sink in for you.

-Barriers to unlocking potential: limited development opportunities, fear of failure, budget, poor leadership, limited time.
