Heels & Handshakes Mental health Awareness Program
Make sure self care is on your bingo card
It's no secret that within our organization, we attract high-achieving professionals, including so many incredible working women who juggle multiple hats and serve on numerous committees. Our Female Founders also wear multiple hats, and as we all know, burnout can quickly creep its way. (Raise your hand if you feel seen. 🙋🏼‍♀️)
Taking breaks and prioritizing mental health isn't just beneficial for our members—it's also essential for creating healthier, more productive, and more sustainable communities and workplaces.
With this in mind, we intentionally planned our May program to focus on taking breaks and prioritizing mental health. We wanted to provide a reminder of how dedicating time to stepping away from work can stimulate creativity, especially when you give your mind a chance to rest and wander. This often leads to coming up with fresh ideas and solutions to challenges and, overall, feeling like a better you!
Our Programs team had an absolute blast devising these special activations for the meeting. We wanted to ensure that each activity was not only beneficial for your well-being but also fun and engaging, making your self-care journey an enjoyable one!

If you were unable to attend our May Program, we would love to invite you to join the Nashville Chapter next month, June 13th. Rule of thumb, the Nashville Chapter meets on the second Thursday of each month. The full calendar can be found here.
Tickets open up to members first and then to the public two weeks later.
