The 3 in me had a goal to ensure all of our attendees were out by 6 P.M. but I could have spent hours learning about the Enneagram from teacher and coach Katie Gustafson.
Katie is a psychotherapist, enneagram teacher & coach, and sought-after speaker based in Nashville, TN. She was formally trained to teach the Enneagram at The Narrative Enneagram Institute After 15 years of enneagram self-study. She is the founder and creator of The Practice, an enneagram-focused wellness subscription program to help people put the enneagram to work in their everyday lives. Using this dynamic tool, she also guides executives, creatives, and corporate teams in leadership coaching and workshops.
I personally enjoyed learning about the leadership communication styles and seeing everyone in the room raise their hand when Katie was going over the numbers. If you haven’t participated in an Enneagram workshop, I highly recommend connecting with Katie.
Not only does this give insight into the dynamics of coworkers or employees in the office, but can help you understand working with your clients as well.
We had the honor of hosting our first program of the year for the Nashville Chapter at Nashville’s newest event venue, Nashville Live! This venue is the perfect location for a wedding, cocktail reception, holiday party, or corporate buyout. Located conveniently downtown with three floors of event space.
We were on their third floor, the Gallery overlooking downtown Nashville. The venue includes tables, chairs, and staging and is equipped with AV in-house.
