What is The Greatest Show Event Management Co. ?

We are a full service event management company, from convention planning and site selection to wedding planning, entertainment booking and virtual events. We are the ringmaster for your next show, let’s make your show The Greatest Event!

How did you enter into the hospitality industry?
I got my degree in event management so entered the industry in college working at Walt Disney World in Entertainment as a performer! And worked many second jobs in college too, from front desk at a hotel to serving at restaurants, I’ve only ever worked in hospitality.

What brought you to Nashville?
I was relocated to Nashville to work at Gaylord Opryland in their Convention Services department!

Where are we likely to find you on the weekends or when you aren’t working?
I’m likely relaxing at home with my boyfriend and two dogs, Ellie and Ember. I try to soak up my time at home and reset since our schedules are so crazy. Though, I love traveling back to Florida when I can to get some sunshine and salt water!

Name 3 things you cannot live without
Disney, Wine and Chocolate. Sounds like a perfect night!

What are you currently listening to? Podcast? Favorite song that motivates you?
I love country music if you’re in my iTunes but I’m consistently listen to the Bobby Bones Show and Get Real with Caroline Hobby on podcasts. Katy Perry’s song Roar is my good go to pump up song!

What is the best advice you have received?
Just because other people have done it, doesn’t mean you can’t do it. I’ve put off starting my own company for years because I felt like there was so much competition or people who have come before me that it scared me. But, I have such a unique skill set and resume under my belt, that there’s no reason I can’t do this and be super successful! I just needed the encouragement!

What are some career highlights and biggest career accomplishments?
Gosh, I have so many, I’ve truly loved my career. The first 5 years of my career were spent at Walt Disney World in Florida and I checked off every bucket list item you can think of. I worked in Entertainment as a performer for my first 3 years and my favorite moment was getting to perform in the Christmas Parade opening number with Neil Patrick Harris and spend 3 days filming with him. I then worked in Convention Services and Disney’s Fairytale Weddings, my other major bucket list item – it was truly magical! After moving to Nashville, I ended up working for the Tennessee Titans and I started their event department which was so challenging, but definitely a career highlight. My time with the Titans was amazing, working events from the NFL Draft to CMA Fest, Taylor Swift, Kenny Chesney, Eric Church, Beyonce, Ed Sheeran and so many more amazing concerts! Not to mention all of the football games, soccer games and corporate events too. I was the only event manager at that time so it was INSANELY hectic, but such an amazing opportunity to learn so much about production and stadium operations. I have so many other bucket list events already scheduled over the next year and I can’t wait to live out those moments!

What would surprise us about yourself?
I grew up in the circus! It’s kind of the inspiration behind my business name “The Greatest Show Event Management Co.,” and why I name it that – it was such a fun time in my childhood and is what gave me the entertainment bug!
